b. Medical Aesthetic Services

  • Non-surgical services such as neuromodulator treatments (e.g., Botox®) and weight management guidance.
  • Services are provided only by licensed practitioners through proper evaluation and medical oversight.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service without notice.

4. Appointments and Patient Records (Jane App)

  • All appointments, medical intake forms, and patient records are managed exclusively through Jane App, a HIPAA-compliant platform.
  • By booking through Jane App, you consent to the collection and secure storage of your health information in accordance with HIPAA.
  • Booking an appointment online does not guarantee treatment. Final approval is based on the provider’s professional evaluation.
  • Cancellations and rescheduling policies may apply, as outlined in your appointment confirmation.

5. Payments

  • Payments for products or services must be made through approved third-party providers (currently Stripe and, when available, Cherry).
  • We do not store payment information on our servers.
  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our [Refund and Return Policy].

6. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

7. User Responsibilities

By using this site, you agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information.
  • Submit confidential health information through basic website forms. All PHI must be submitted via Jane App.
